This is one of those ultra-easy recipes that are great to throw together when you have last minute company. Three ingredients doesn’t get any simpler than that.
- 2- 14oz. Cans of artichoke hearts (finely chopped)
- 2 cups of Grated Parm
- 1 cup of Mayo
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes (until the top is a golden brown).

Oh my, that looks incredible…and easy! I never thought I could pull off artichoke dip at home but you’ve convinced me otherwise. 🙂
It is SO easy….and you if you have extra ingredients, you can always doctor it up a little bit. 🙂
